Payment is through Paypal. You do not require to open an account with them to use it.

Totally Mod takes your privacy seriously. We will not sell, lease or distribute the information you supply us under any circumstances. Your personal information is used only to complete your order and to keep you informed about Totally Modproducts at your request.

More importantly, since PayPal never lets us see your credit card number, we do not store any of your financial, credit or debit card details.

Shipping

All orders for in-stock products will be shipped within 48-72 hours. Our standard shipping method is Royal Mail for domestic and international. If you would like your order faster please let us know via email info@totallymod.co.uk when you place your order and we can accomodate your request.

Due to the handmade method of production, there may be times when demand exceeds supply. In this case we will notify you immediately with an estimated shipping date, and give you a chance to reconfirm your order.

Changes or Cancellations

To make a change or cancel your order, please contact us within the first 24 hours of placing your order at info@totallymod.co.uk. Once shipped, an order cannot be changed or cancelled.

returns or exchanges

We accept returns for credit or exchange only. All returns must be sent to us within 14 days after purchase. Soiled, used or washed products cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping. Totally Mod is not responsible for lost shipments. If you decide you would like to exchange your order, please contact us at info@totallymod.co.uk detailing your reason for exchanging the item. We will process your exchange upon receipt of your original order.

damaged merchandise

If we make a mistake with your order or if the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, we are truly sorry. Please email info@totallymod.co.uk, and let us know the problem. We will take care of return shipping and send you a replacement, at no additional charge.
